Tasting Anthologies

& it's the exquisite mouth-feel --          (which I've been told is only for kissing          but that can't possibly be true)  --the languid sultry letters that drip-drop,  and let me come back as many times as I need.   
It's like licking honey off the back of your tea-spoon and thinking that  this is how it's supposed to be but isn't,  and it's quiet and maybe candle-lit,  and the emptiness and fullness are symbiotic because if they weren't  then this balance would be ruined.

  • Mood: Tired
I kind of feel like I've outgrown dA at this point. It's just not something I think about a lot anymore. I used to be on here for at least an hour every day, just hanging around the forums and checking messages, but it tapered off and now I haven't been on in two weeks. And I didn't mind.


I'll still check in every once in a while. Maybe there'll be a revival over the summer. Don't count on it too much though.

It's been a good run.

I don't know what I'm getting anybody for Christmas because it's September. Barely. I'm thinking about getting something planned for then/New Years/ish. But as it's something I meant to do last year I'm not sure if it counts.

Is it as cool as those crayons were? 'Cause those were pretty damn cool.
